The Dignity for All Students Act is a rule that helps keep schools safe and respectful for everyone. It says that students must be treated kindly and fairly at school, on the playground, on the bus, and at school events. The rule protects students from being bullied, teased, or treated unfairly because of things like how they look, where they come from, what they believe, or who they are. It also protects students who speak up when they see someone being treated badly. The goal is to make sure everyone can learn and feel safe at school.Â
