Ordering a transcript

Alumni who are interested in a copy of their high school transcript must fill out an Authorization for Release of Student Records for Post-Graduates form. Please download a copy to fill it out (do not open in Google Docs as it is not a fillable form).

Giving Back to Hilton High School
