Change Your Password

Excelsior Springs School District Self-Service Password Resets (SSPR) are done in Microsoft Azure, using your GOOGLE account. Once your password is reset, it is synchronized throughout the ESSD network.

To change your password in the Self Service Password Reset (SSPR):

Access the Office Portal
Enter your school email address
Click NEXT

One-time only:

You will need to register your account to be able to use the Self Service Password Reset features.

To change your password:

Enter your current password, and create a new password.

Below where you would normally enter your password, select:

"Forgot my password"

You will now need to register a backup retrieval method.

Enter the characters in the picture or the words in the audio at the bottom of the screen, then click NEXT.

Select your preferred contact method to receive a verification code. Once you receive and enter your verification code you will be able to select a new password.

Changing your password in Microsoft will automatically change your password across all other District applications such as Google.
