To support Alief ISD district's initiative for digital safety for students and promote digital citizenship, I created and co-managed the Internet and Digital Citizenship website design. The website provides teachers, families, and students with graphics, videos, articles, and other instructional resources to provide secure and preventative measures on Digital Footprint, Malware Maliciousness, Password Propriety, People Protection, and Social Media Security.
To support Alief ISD's professional development initiative for teachers to earn 14 credit hours and gain an understanding of personalized learning, I led the implementation of LINCLearning on my campus by supporting first-year teachers with cultivating personalized professional learning to help and refine instructional practices in the classroom aligned with Texas Teacher Evaluation and Support System (T-TESS). Teachers went through a collaborative instructional process involving their evaluator to set T-TESS-aligned instructional goals and support from me to help guide them through the LINCS Learning platform to obtain their goals.

Strengthens Instructional Coaches' and Content Specialists' coaching expertise that targets a list of best practices for instruction.
Supports teachers in learning to implement these strategies.
Captures qualitative and quantitative data of coaching sessions, teacher progression, student growth measures, and mastery of related Texas Essential Knowledge and Skills to develop a high-quality plan for improvement that supports each criterion.
To support Alief ISD's 1:1 device initiative, I developed a comprehensive plan that allowed students to be issued a device so that learning can take place anytime, anywhere.
