Arriving in Germany

After a long day of traveling it was so rewarding to arrive in Münster! I was welcomed and greeted right at the airport by my amazing host family. I felt so welcomed from the start of my arrival!

First Day of School

The Anne Frank Gymnasium is the school that we have been partnered with in Werne, Germany. The principal is to the left and Heike, a teacher is to the right. Heike is the director of organizing our stay here in Germany. She was very kind in placing us with such an incredible host families and had planned many unique activities for us to do during our stay. The school welcomed us with open arms and the staff was so friendly and very excited to meet and talk with us. They even put up an American flag to make us feel more at home!
