Submission Guidelines
All papers must be submitted in the final format to be published in the conference proceedings and to be submitted for inclusion to IEEE Xplore. They should include the complete text, all illustrations, and references. The size of the PDF file submitted should not exceed 2 MBytes.
Only presented papers will be published in the Conference proceedings, in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
Any paper submitted for review must clearly state:
The purpose of the work
How and to what extent it advances the state-of-the-art
Specific results and their impact
Duplicated submissions to concurrent conferences must be avoided.
The submitted papers must meet the following conditions:
Language: English.
File format: PDF.
Page format: A4.
Length: 4 pages.
The format of the paper should follow IEEE guidelines for the two-column IEEE-sponsored conference proceedings. Templates for Microsoft Word and LaTeX are available below.
The paper must be uploaded using the MIcrosoft Conference Managment Toolkit (CMT) available at Submission Portal
All the corresponding authors must have a CMT account before they try to submit their paper.

During the uploading process, authors will be asked to categorize their papers in terms of the conference topics (see Call for Papers).
Paper submission will start on Nov. 01, 2025
Paper submission deadline is Jan. 18, 2026
