Camera-Ready Instructions

1. Publication of Accepted Papers

2. Preparing the Camera-Ready Format

To ensure compliance with submission guidelines, a camera-ready paper must incorporate the specified copyright notice into the footer of its initial page. The copyright notice varies based on the authors’ affiliations:

Please check the paper reviews and consider them for your final revision. Also, proofread your manuscript for spelling and grammar errors. Make sure to add a copyright notice to the footer of the first page of each paper.

IEEE policy mandates a plagiarism check for all accepted papers. The organizing committee will conduct this verification through the IEEE CrossCheck Portal after receiving the uploaded camera-ready versions.

3. Generating IEEE Xplore®-Ready PDFs

All manuscripts must be uploaded to the IEEE PDF eXpress® website to ensure the creation of a PDF file compatible with IEEE Xplore®. Please verify and transform your final camera-ready document into an IEEE Xplore®-compatible PDF using the IEEE PDF eXpress® platform. The PACET 2026 Conference ID for this site is 68758X.

Then proceed to create your account. Following your account setup, you will receive an online confirmation, along with an email confirmation to validate the setup of your account.

IMPORTANT: Ensure that all modifications to the final camera-ready document, such as headers, page numbers, copyright notices, watermarks, etc., are made prior to the validation and conversion process. Making changes after validation and conversion on the IEEE PDF eXpress® site may compromise IEEE Xplore® compatibility.

4. Submission to CMT

The final IEEE PDF eXpress®-compliant file must be uploaded to the CMT Platform

The deadline for uploading the final version of the papers is: March 13, 2026.
