Oral/Poster Presentation Guidelines

Oral Presentation Guidelines:

1. Each oral presentation is allotted a maximum of 12 minutes for the presentation itself, followed by a 3-minute session for questions from the audience, totaling 15 minutes per presenter.

2. Authors are required to prepare a PowerPoint presentation (pptx format). The presentations must be uploaded to the designated platform at TBA by XXXX.

3. Presenters should ensure their presentations are concise, clear, and effectively communicate the key points of their research within the allocated time frame. Timekeeping is crucial, and presenters should adhere strictly to the allotted time to allow for adequate Q&A sessions.

Poster Presentation Guidelines:

1. Posters must be designed to fit A0 dimensions (841 x 1189 mm).

2. Posters should be visually engaging, with clear and concise content that effectively communicates the research. Ensure that all text and visuals are legible from a reasonable distance.

3. Authors should be available during dedicated poster presentation sessions to discuss their research and answer questions from attendees.
