17-week program to learn STAND lessons content, role-play and practice coaching skills with the goal of certifying at the end of Foundational Training

Certified STAND Coaches commit to ~5 weekly hours, a minimum of two weekly coaching sessions, 1-hr synchronous supervision group meeting, and administrative follow-up.

What unique perspectives and experiences would you bring to the STAND program?

Record a 60-90 second video to:
- introduce yourself (preferred first name, last name, pronouns)
- briefly describe qualities and characteristics that are important in a STAND coach
