I am very proud to announce that I've been awarded the UCLA Distinguished Teaching Award along with four other TAs across the university!
I’ve worked as a graduate student teaching assistant or instructor at UCLA for courses in phonology, phonetics, syntax, and bilingualism, as well as teaching introductory linguistics. I also make linguistics-themed pop music.
For 2021-2022, I was the Teaching Assistant Consultant for Linguistics, teaching a 10-week College Pedagogy course to new TAs and acting as a liaison between TAs and resources. I am passionate about pedagogy and include evidence-based teaching methods in each course that I teach.
