Accepted to the French Language Institute (IIEF)?
Register for Center classes during online registration for at least 12 credits.
Once your French level is confirmed in Strasbourg (by the IIEF placement exam), you may update your registration with staff at the Strasbourg Center for the appropriate six-credit FRE course at IIEF, add an additional 1-credit IIEF course and drop Center courses (maintaining a minimum of 12 total credits abroad).
Accepted to Sciences Po - Strasbourg or Université de Strasbourg?
You will not register online in MySlice for Sciences Po or Université de Strasbourg classes, only classes you intend to take at the Strasbourg Center villa.
You must register for at least one class to be taken at the Center during your semester abroad, in addition to CAS200. You are encouraged to register online for any additional Center courses you plan to take too.
Following online registration (closing 3pm on Friday, May30), you will be registered for the remaining number of credits needed to meet the 12 credits required to study abroad by our office. This will be listed as REP001 until you are enrolled in local university classes.
A part of the Engineering group studying at INSA?
You are already registered for your Engineering program courses at the Villa and at INSA depending on what was requested, CAS200 and your French course, if you are studying French at the 101-202 level.
Students studying French at a 300-400 level should enroll themselves in a French course during the online registration appointment.
During the appointment, you may register for any Center classes that you plan to take in addition to those classes described above, for a total course load between 12-17 credits.
