CAS 200 - Mapping London (1 credit)
A minimum of 13 credits (including CAS 200) of courses taught in London.
The following DO NOT COUNT toward the 13-credit minimum:
An optional Signature Seminar
An online course originating from Home Campus
(policy for taking an online course while abroad applies)
IMPORTANT! U.K. immigration requires that undergraduate students enroll on a full-time basis (13 credits minimum). You may not drop below 13 credits (excluding Signature Seminar credits taken pre-semester) at any point during the semester.
In addition to the London Center, there are multiple special programs that the London student cohort is comprised of.
Students participating in special programs have a designated selection of courses and may have a pre-determined selection of professional electives to choose from (also based on major). Based on this structure, courses may have enrollment priority for students in the special program, or be offered exclusively. Details regarding enrollment priority can be found in the course descriptions, as well as the Schedule of Classes.
When completing your SAF...
> if you are interested in a course with enrollment priority,
> are not in the special program (or the designated SU school/college),
> and it's included in the course selections of your SAF,
> and you would really like to take the course if there are any seats open,
> YOU MUST INCLUDE IT in your Primary Course Selections for consideration
This will make much more sense when you are filling out the SAF!
You will be guided through the options available in your program as you complete the SAF designed for your special program.

Restrictions and Special Permissions
In early November, you’ll receive your registration instructions, FAQs, and your individual registration appointment time. Please check your email regularly for this information. If there are any updates to requirements or restrictions, you'll be notified at that time.
The online registration system limits students to a total of 17 credits. Please email Christi Jennings ASAP (no later than October 30) if you plan to take more than 17 credits. You may take 19 credits without incurring additional tuition charges.
Please remember: As on Main Campus, some courses will reach capacity and close during registration. Select some alternative classes on your Student Advising Form in case a class you would like to take is closed when you register. There are plenty of courses to choose from, and it will be important to have back-up plans.
You may also return to the Home Page to review the steps in the process.
