Special Permission Courses

Special Permission Courses:

In order to register for any of the courses below, you will need special permission from Syracuse Abroad. To be considered for enrollment, you must meet these requirements:

Availability is limited and decisions will be determined by student major or academic need. You will be notified by email in late May if you receive permission to register for any of the courses below.

If you have not been admitted to the Studio Arts (SA) program, you may request only one studio arts course on your Course Preference Form. Enrollment is subject to availability; if you are given a spot in your preferred studio course, you will be emailed in advance of online registration.

Non-Studio Arts Program students requesting an intermediate or advanced level studio course should be prepared to demonstrate their ability through samples of their work or evidence of prior coursework. Samples of this work will be reviewed once you're in Florence.

If you have not been admitted to the "Florence Center: Wake Forest Business Program", you may request one of the following courses on your Course Preference Form*.

*SU Whitman majors or Wake Forest students not admitted to the "Florence Center: Wake Forest Business Program" are not permitted to enroll in these courses.

Note: SCM 300 (either section) is reserved only for Wake Forest Business students.
