Tuesday: SSR. Sentence practice - Module 1 (GC) and practice worksheet. Time to complete yesterday's assignment.
Wednesday: Journal. Correct grammar worksheet. Review Run Ons, HMH and do Run on worksheet.
Thursday: SSR. Get Ready, Ode to Enchanted Light, and Sleeping in the Forest. Read "Ode to Enchanted Light". Check for Understanding. Post-reading assignment and writing an ode.
Friday: Collaborate and compare the poems. Use any extra time to complete any work from this week.
Week Two: Nov. 10th - 14th
Tuesday: Journal #3. Get Ready, "Mississippi Solo" - elements of a memoir, critical vocabulary review. Begin reading the memoir and complete the handout as we progress through it. Check for Understanding.
