Hyperdocs: Create a Google Doc that has instructions and links to other sites to be used in the lesson. Good for self-paced lessons.
Nearpod: PowerPoint presentations made interactive. Very engaging activities. Good for self-paced lessons, but best used as teacher-led.
Desmos: Interactive, somewhat intuitive graphing calculator. Very good for letting students play around with basic concepts in algebra.
Geogebra: A great graphing tool that has a small learning curve, but a big ability to put the learning in the hands of the students!
Quizlet: Anyone can use Quizlet to study and learn content created by other users, or to create your own custom study sets. You can also share sets with friends, classmates or your students.
Socrative: One of my favorites. An engaging way for the students to show you what they know. I highly recommend the Space Race for review sessions.
Kahoot: It's the review game that we all know and love.
Quizizz: This is a great way to get all the kids to interact in class. It is an assignment that you can do in and out of class.
Pear Deck: A great tool to engage students and see how each one answers.
Emoji Exit Ticket: A fun new way to do exit tickets.
JoeZoo Express: A tool used for grading and giving students feedback on Google Docs assignments.
