All-Band Parent Meeting

Monday January 20

6:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Berkner HS Band Hall

At least one parent/guardian from each family is expected to attend this short meeting.

• Mr. Schayot will be discussing grading and concert expectations for Spring 2025 semester.

• We will also hand out "Save the Date" calendars for 2025-2026 marching season

• We will discuss the Corpus Trip, along with itinerary and room sign-up information.

Chamber Music Festival

Saturday February 8th

8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Berkner HS Band Hall

Every student in the Berkner Band Program will perform either in the morning or the afternoon.

• A small fee is associated with CMF... we will add these fees in January to Presto

• Performance time requests can be accepted, either morning or afternoon based on other school-sponsored activities requests, or college of music auditions.
