Overview
As the counselor at Dartmouth Elementary, I am here to support and help ALL students be successful in all they do throughout the school year and their future. This pertains to their social and emotional needs as well as getting students the support and resources they may need for their academic and wellness struggles.
DME Counselor Beliefs
I strongly believe every student has the right to come to school and be treated with dignity and respect! Through the comprehensive RISD Counseling Program I provide access to high quality learning, advocate for the needs of all students, work with district stakeholders on important social-emotional learning and be a leader for student success in college, career, and military readiness exploration.
The RISD Counseling Services program is designed to Build Better Humans who build connections, learn at the highest levels, grow into leaders who can change the world, and succeed in all endeavors. This is accomplished through relevant and personalized counseling services that lead each RISD student to their brightest future.
Welcome back Mighty Ducks whether you are returning or new to Dartmouth. We are so glad you are here. I have been back since August 2, 2023, working hard to get ready for you. I'm so excited about this school year and I can't wait to see you and hear all about your summer adventures. Meet the teacher night is on Thursday 8/10/23 so I hope you stop by for a quick hello. If not I'll see you on the first day of school 8/14/23, bright and early!
