During a difficult first few weeks of this school year she has exemplified what it means to be a dedicated educator that truly shows up everyday for her students with complex needs. She has gone above and beyond when most would walk away. As related service team members for this classroom, our services and supports that we have set up for these students would not be successful without her presence at school. She has sacrificed time away from her family (on weekends) in order to help us create a consistent learning environment for our students that requires the most amount of structure. We are so grateful to have Rania a part of the Oak Ridge LEAP Team!
