The Purpose of the website is to offer all practicing teachers a resourceful online tool that will guide teachers to develop, refine and extend their practice to improve instruction. It serves as a resource digital library for teachers via video based instruction and curated resources. The site also house instructional videos of K-12 lessons, interviews, curated professional development resources and professional development sessions that will guide one through the reflection process in order to boost student achievement. Additionally, if you are needing support with the California Standards for the Teaching Profession and/or your evaluation, there are specific resources for this area as well.
