Contributed Talk Guidelines:
25 mins. is allotted per speaker (including set-up)
5 mins. after each talk is for questions
submit your presentation on or before August 6 to iacp@g.msuiit.edu.ph .
name your file Dayoftalk_Lastname, e.g., 3_Sanchez for presentation on the 3rd day by Sanchez.
please use Presentation_"Dayoftalk"_"Lastname" as the subject of the email, e.g., Presentation_3_Sanchez.
Poster Presentation Guidelines:
Posters should be 30 inches by 40 inches in size.
Include the title, the abstract, author and coauthor names and their affiliations.
Use photopaper or any material other than tarpaulin for the printing of the poster.
Set-up your poster during the first day of registration or lunch break.
Refer to the conference program for the time and location of the poster session.
The poster presenter must be present at the assigned area during the designated time for poster session.
