Student Feedback

Based on the Google Form responses above, the feedback reflects my students’ thoughts and experiences during my OJT.   During my OJT, the students gave positive and heartfelt feedback about my teaching. They appreciated how I consistently ensured that everyone understood the lessons clearly. Many students enjoyed the way I incorporated humor and made the class engaging and interactive, which helped them stay motivated and interested. They also described me as kind, understanding and fair especially in grading. Several learners noted how they felt comfortable around me and how I created a positive and supportive classroom environment. They admired my cheerful attitude and said that I genuinely cared about teaching, which made learning more enjoyable. Overall, their responses reflected a strong connection between teacher and students and a learning space where they felt heard, encouraged and inspired.
