On March 21, 2025, I conducted my final demonstration teaching at Iligan City National High School, assigned to the Jacinto Section. This marked a significant milestone in my journey as a student teacher bringing together all the knowledge, strategies and experiences I had gathered throughout my OJT.
The demonstration began promptly at 11:00 AM, with all students settled and ready to participate. My lesson focused on "Factors Affecting the Rate of Reaction: Concentration of Reactants", aligned with the learning competencies prescribed by the Department of Education. I utilized a variety of instructional materials, including PowerPoint slides, visual aids, and interactive activities, to ensure student engagement and comprehension.
The atmosphere was both exciting and nerve-wracking, as I was being observed by my cooperating teacher, head teacher and my adviser. Despite the pressure, I maintained my composure and stayed focused on delivering a meaningful and student-centered lesson.
The students of Jacinto Section were actively engaged throughout the session. They responded enthusiastically to the guided questions, group tasks and formative assessments. I made it a point to encourage participation, validate their responses and address misconceptions with patience and clarity.
One of the highlights of the demo was a successful group activity of my students and finish my lesson on time. It was fulfilling to see how the students connected the lesson to real-life situations and confidently expressed their ideas.
As the class concluded at 11:50 AM, I delivered a short reflection and thanked the students for their cooperation. The feedback I received afterward from my observers was constructive and uplifting. They noted my effective classroom management, clarity of instruction and ability to handle the 49 students.
This final demonstration not only affirmed my readiness to enter the teaching profession but also reminded me of the importance of continuous improvement, adaptability and passion in the field of education. It was truly a memorable and rewarding experience, one that I will always carry with me as I take my next steps toward becoming a licensed professional teacher.

Students Evaluation
The evaluation reveals that the results of the assessment test following the lesson on the concentration of reactants reflect a strong understanding and mastery of the topic among students. A large portion of the class achieved perfect scores, with most correctly answering all 5 items. This indicates that students effectively absorbed the key concepts and skills related to the lesson.
The high scores indicate that the teaching methods and activities implemented during the lesson were effective in engaging students and enhancing their learning. They also show that students are gaining confidence in learning in concentration of reactants problems, suggesting they are prepared to tackle more complex applications in upcoming lessons.
