For me, learning happens when my students feel seen, heard, and guided with care. My experience as a student teacher has shown me the impact of a welcoming and respectful environment, especially among adolescents navigating a critical stage in their academic and personal development. I believe in a kind of teaching that puts learners first—one that values diversity, promotes inclusivity, and makes space for every student to grow. No learner should feel left behind; instead, they should feel empowered to reach their full potential.
