Bullying and Cyber Bullying
Bullying is never okay, whether it is face to face, behind the back or through the use of technology such as cyber bullying. We all need to take a stand against bullying! Remember the 3 R's: Recognize, Refuse and Report. If you are aware of a bullying situation choose to be an Upstander, also known as a positive bystander. Stand up for the target by being supportive of them, if you feel safe then refuse the bullying (tell the person to stop bullying the target), and/or report it to an adult.
