We are operating in increasingly difficult and exhausting environments right now that are hard to prepare for. Your feelings are valid, no matter what they are. You might feel scared, confused, overwhelmed, angry, alone, grateful, or completely calm. You might feel many things at once. You might notice you feel more fatigued than usual. Your feelings are normal; the situation is not.

Most tasks in this room can be done for a short amount of time. So whether you have two minutes or twenty, we've provided ways to engage, take a brain break, center yourself, or find help.
