① Log in to access your AWS Management Console. If you do not have an AWS account, please click "Sign Up".

② Click "Services", and click "EC2 (Virtual Servers in the Cloud)".

③ Click "Elastic IPs" under "NETWORK & SECURITY".

④ Click "Allocate new address".

⑤ Click "Allocate".

⑥ You have successfully created a new Elastic IP! Click "Close".
