The Student Research Center (SRC) is GSMST's media and technology hub. It's what we call our media center. Yes, we have books - ink on paper is a kind of technology - but we also offer document scanning, printing, laminating, video and still cameras, and support for all of the above. When you need a break from all that achievement, we have board games!
The SRC is open every morning at 7:25 am and we close every day at 4:00pm except Mondays - Students have to leave the building at 3:00pm on Mondays.

Students can checkout up to five books at a time, for three weeks. We have a large selection of fiction organized by genre, as well as a comprehensive nonfiction section.
You can also access GALILEO, JSTOR, Gwinnett County Public Library holdings and other online resources. The main SRC site here.

Black and white printing and copying is $.10 per page
Color printing is $.25 per page
Poster printing and laminating is priced by size - ask us!
All printing must be for school-related purposes

The SRC has a well-equiped makerspace called The Sandbox where you get hands-on with some craft projects. Check with the SRC staff about access to tools and supplies. There's a also a great selection of games for some much needed downtime.
