Grades K-12: GOC Chromebooks
Attention parents and students!
The GOC Tech Team is requesting your help. Please have your student power on their Chromebook and connect it to your home Wi-Fi. If your child does not have a Chromebook, please come to GOC to check one out. The technology office is open for Chromebook checkouts Monday - Friday from 8:00 a.m.-3:00 p.m. Thank you for your help!
Grades 3-12: Georgia School Climate Survey
Grades 3-12 Students are asked to complete a survey that asks what they think about their school in order to get ideas and make school a better place to learn. Students will login to their GCPS account and navigate to Additional Resources then click on "School Climate Survey." The deadline to complete this is Friday, December 20, 2024. Thank you for helping us improve our school.
Grades 3-12 Families: The Georgia School Climate Survey is designed to provide more actionable data for district and school leaders to make schools a safer and more engaging place to learn. Please click HERE to take this survey. You can also use the QR code to the right.
Grades K-12: December School Counseling Lessons
This month, grades K-3 classroom lessons will focus on honesty.
Students in grades 9 and 10 will participate in BRIDGE make-ups as needed. The 9th grade required lesson is the Career Interest Profiler and the 10th grade required lesson is the Strength Explorer.

Grade 12: FAFSA Information Session & Completion Event
Attention Seniors & Senior Parents!
Please plan to attend GOC's FAFSA Information Session & Completion Event scheduled for Thursday, January 23, 2025 from 6-7:30 p.m.
This event will teach you about FASFA, give you an opportunity to ask questions of financial aid experts, and even provide an opportunity to complete the FAFSA to earn money to attend college!

Rising Grades 10-12: Dual Enrollment Information Sessions
Attention GOC High School students who will be a rising 10th-12th grader in the 2025-26 school year.
If you are interested in Dual Enrollment for the 25/26 school year, please plan to attend one of the Zoom informational sessions listed below to learn more about the process and requirements, as well as benefits of this program. Friday, January 31 - International and Showcase Day for students in grades K-12

Grades K-12: International and Showcase Day
We are looking forward to our 2nd Annual International and Showcase Day scheduled for Friday, January 31, 2025.
We need your help to make this event a success. For the International Day portion of the event, we are looking for families to represent a country with food, activities, dress, and possibly performances.
Students who wish to participate in the Portfolio Showcase aspect of the day should email Dr. Corrine Williams if you have not already done so.

Please mark your calendar and save the date for our January Leadership Meeting scheduled for Tuesday, January 14, 2025.
Noon- 3 p.m. - Executive Board, Officers, and Committee Chairs
1-2:30 p.m. - Regular members and interested students
3-4 p.m. - Gwinnett Student Leadership Team Meeting
We are asking all students that plan to attend to wear Tie Dye to the meeting.

Gwinnett Online Campus families, as a reminder, our school participates in Publix Partners to raise money for our school every time you shop at Publix.
Simply join Club Publix, log in to your account, and select My Publix Partner in your profile to select Gwinnett Online Campus.
Every time you enter your phone number at checkout or pay with the Publix app, Publix sets aside a portion of your eligible purchase to donate to our school.
