You are about to be assigned an enzymatic disease to research.

Your task is to learn about the enzyme involved in this disease, create a model of that enzyme and its substrate/products, and present about the disease using the model as a visual aid. You will also create a suggested meal plan for someone with this disease.

This is your chance to demonstrate your knowledge of enzymes, as well as presentation and delivery techniques. It should be well-thought out and prepared, as you will earn two grades for this
