Black History Month Spirit Week
2/24th - 2/28th
Please complete this survey by March 7th to help give feedback about how we're doing!
As a part of the promotion criteria, students are required to pass 5 out of 6 courses each semester. Language Arts and Mathematics must be two of the five subjects passed.
Students who do not meet the promotion criteria for semester 1 may be recommended to attend Dacula Middle School’s Academic Assistance Program (AAP). This learning opportunity will be vital in preparing your child for the upcoming semester and helping them to meet the criteria for promotion to the next grade level.
The classes will be offered Monday - Thursday after school in a designated classroom with their assigned AAP teacher in February and March 2025.
Parents will be able to register for the course(s) needed to meet promotion criteria for $100 per course via My Payments Plus.
Families of students that need to attend have be notified via ParentSquare and Synergy email.
Tickets can be purchased exclusively through MyPaymentPlus until March 7th.
Tickets will not be sold after 3/7th.
As a reminder, as of January 6th, any major discipline referrals will cause students to lose the opportunity to attend.
To ensure that the evening is both fun and appropriate for all attendees, detailed information about the semi-formal dress code and policies for this event is provided below:

Dear Parents,
If you have a student receiving special education services, each state is required to conduct a yearly parent survey to measure parent/family perceptions of parent engagement between home and school. Below you will find the links to the parent letter (sent home with special education students on Wednesday, 2/5) and the survey. Please take a moment to take this very valuable survey. Your feedback assists us in proving support to our families.

For your child's safety, car riders should not be dropped off prior to the morning bell at 8:55 am in the car rider lane. The car rider lane will close at 9:20 am, and students must be in class by 9:25 to avoid being marked tardy.
For your convenience, we post our bus calls on our website to keep you informed of when your student leaves the building by bus. You can access this information each afternoon by logging on to our website.
Click on the Students/Parents tab across the top and then click on Afternoon Bus Dismissal.
Afternoon buses are posted to our website as they arrive at Dacula Middle with the bus call they are part of.
The time that students are called to load that set of buses is listed in the last column.
Buses leave our school approximately 5 - 7 minutes after the time listed in the green column.
