Fayetteville Public Schools will provide each Fayetteville family with an easy and informative student registration experience.

To register a child for school the 2024-25 school year, a parent/guardian of an elementary, middle, junior high, or Fayetteville High School child should visit our online registration site where you can ENROLL NOW!

Documents Needed for Registration:

Proof of Address (current lease agreement or gas/electric/water bill dated within the last 30 days)
Prior to a child's admission to an Arkansas public school, the parent, guardian, or responsible person shall provide the school district with one (1) of the following documents indicating the child's age:
- - - A birth certificate
    - A statement by the local registrar or a county recorder certifying the child's date of birth
    - An attested baptismal certificate;
    - A passport
    - An affidavit of the date and place of birth by the child's parent or guardian
    - Previous school records
    - A United States military identification
Immunization Records
Social Security Card
Proof of a physical exam dated within the last 2 years - KINDERGARTEN ONLY

After you submit your child's enrollment, you will receive one additional form Student Enrollment Form via your provided email that you will need to complete and submit.

Central Registration staff will ensure each family receives the assistance needed to identify the student’s zoned school, complete registration forms, acquire information, and/or obtain additional district services.
