Intent to Homeschool
Parents or legal guardians desiring to provide a home school for their children shall give written notice to their resident District Superintendent of their intent to homeschool.

- Parent(s) will need to create an account and complete the Notice of Intent to Homeschool on the Arkansas Division of Elementary & Secondary Education website.
2. Central Registration staff and the parent/guardian will be notified upon receiving ADE email of student’s legal registration to Homeschool.
