Fayetteville High School’s Student Council is working with all schools in the Fayetteville Public School District to fill the district food pantry, The Outback (located behind the ALLPS campus).
We encourage you to donate any nonperishable items such as canned meats, soups, boxed cereal, fruit cups, etc. Donations made be dropped off at the FVA Front Desk.
On October 24, 2018, Ruthie Smith, one of our student's mothers, gave birth to a baby boy - child number 5 for her and her husband, Bryan. Due to complications, Ruthie passed away later that day.
We are heartbroken for Mollie (FVA 10th grade student) and her family, and we would like to support them during this time. If you are able, please donate to help offset the funeral and related expenses.
You may donate directly to the Smith family through Venmo. Their Venmo account is @Ruthie-Smith-8, and FVA will have containers out to collect donations for the family throughout the month of November.
We hope you will join us for the first ever FVA Pie Party from 2:00 - 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, November 15th! The FVA Teachers and Staff Members will be serving pie to the students and their families as we gather and give thanks.
Fayetteville Virtual Academy will be closed November 19 - 23. Students are allowed to continue working, however FVA Teachers will not be available. Students need to schedule all DBA's accordingly.
