SOX2025 Nagano - SUBMISSION

Participation Fee

The participation fee is a flat rate of 60,000 JPY per person, excluding hotel accommodation and dinner.
(We are planning to provide support for young researchers through a Poster Award.)

First, please register your participation using the Google form below. If you have any problems with payment of the registration fee, please contact sox2025-group＠g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp.

Important Notice It seems that many people are not completing the Google Form by pressing the “Submit” button at the bottom of the second page. If you close the form without submitting it, a confirmation email will not be sent to the organiser or to your own email as indicated in the form. Please make sure to fill out the entire form and press the “Submit” button at the end to complete your submission.

Presentation Registration

Each PI is allocated one presentation slot. If a Postdoc or PhD student presents, it may be counted as part of the PI’s slot.

Presenters should submit the following information via email to sox2025-group＠g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp:

Title
Presenter (specify whether PI, Postdoc, or PhD student)
Affiliation
Brief abstract (250–350 words, important for program preparation)
Preference for oral or poster presentation

Accommodation at the Venue Hotel

Rooms at the venue hotel have been pre-booked by the organizing committee for participants from DAY 0 (evening, 7th Sep) to DAY 4 (morning, 11th Sep). After completing the registration, you will receive further information regarding accommodation preferences (room type, price, etc.).

Accompanying Persons

If participants wish to have accompanying persons join the DAY 3 excursion and banquet, please inform the organizing committee in advance: sox2025-group＠g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp
(Due to space limitations, accompanying persons cannot attend the DAY 0 Welcome Reception.)

The participation fee for the excursion and banquet is yet to be determined and will be collected in cash on-site.
