Take the Narita Express (N’EX) to Tokyo Station (~60 min).
Transfer to the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Karuizawa Station (~70–80 min).

Option 2: Via Ueno Station (Fast & Cheaper Option!)
Take the Keisei Skyliner to Keisei Ueno Station (~41 min).
Take the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Karuizawa Station (~65–75 min).
Fare: approx. ¥6,500–7,000
Total travel time: ~2 hours
Japan Rail Pass does NOT cover the Skyliner.
From Haneda Airport (HND)
Option 1: Tokyo Monorail + JR Yamanote Line
Tokyo Monorail from Haneda Airport to Hamamatsucho Station (~20 min)
JR Yamanote Line from Hamamatsucho to Tokyo Station (~10 min)
Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Karuizawa Station (~70–80 min)

Option 2: Keikyu Line + Toei Asakusa Line + JR
Keikyu Airport Line to Sengakuji Station, continuing directly on the Toei Asakusa Line (~30 min)
