この授業では，MIT（マサチューセッツ工科大学）（実習Ⅷ），TUM（ミュンヘン工科大学）（実習Ⅸ）などの海外の工学系大学生との対面交流やオンライン言語交換セッションに参加して日本語・英語で話し合うとともに，それぞれの相手先大学に直接訪問します。全体を通じて，多様な背景を持つ相手との，国際語としての英語によるコミュニケーションスキルを向上させます。

During these courses, students will participate in face-to-face exchange activities and online language exchange sessions in which they will communicate in Japanese and English with students at overseas engineering universities such as MIT (Massachusetts Institute of Technology) ((S)ICP VIII) and TUM (Technical University of Munich) ((S)ICP IX). They will also directly visit the respective partner universities. Upon completion, students will improve their ability to effectively communicate in English with people from various cultural and linguistic backgrounds in the world.

*Online guidance sessions will be held at the beginning of the A Semester to explain the planned MIT/TUM visit and answer questions (dates and the Zoom URL will be posted later). Attendance at one of these guidance sessions is required. If you wish to take the course, please follow the instructions in the UTAS syllabus. Submit the required file by email to the instructor listed below by the deadline (to be announced later in the UTAS syllabus), or upload it to the Zoom chat during one of these guidance sessions.
