How to setup
(It is necessary that the computer services have already linked **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp address with UTokyo Account.)
Activation of UTokyo Account
UTokyo Account cannot be used with the initial password, and it is necessary to change the password. Please change the password from UTokyo Account User Menu.(* Unnecessary for those who have already changed it)

Activation of ECCS Cloud Email
After changing the initial password of your UTokyo Account, wait for approximately 10 minutes for the change to be reflected.
Please set the local part and password of ECCS Cloud Email from ECCS User Menu.
The settings of the local part and password of ECCS Cloud Email are valid around 0 minutes every hour.

Usage of ECCS Cloud Email
Please enter your address and password of ECCS Cloud Email in ECCS Cloud Email login interface below.
(You can also login in the regular Gmail login interface (mail.google.com) )
Sending settings with **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp address
After you can use ECCS Cloud Email, please add the settings so that you can send emails using the email address of **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp.
Check that the address of **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp is already linked.
Please login to Google Myaccount Page (https://myaccount.google.com/) with ECCS Cloud Email account (@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
Please select "Personal Info".
Please check "EMAIL" field in "Contact Info".
Please check that **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp address exists in "Alternate emails" field.
Addition of sending setting with **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp address
Please login to GMail with ECCS Cloud Email account (@g.ecc.u-tokyo.ac.jp).
Please select "settings" (Gear icon) -> "settings".
Please select "Accounts" tab.
Please select "Add another email address".
Please add your "**@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp" Email address. (* Please keep check "Treat as an alias".)
We recommend to select "make default" for your **@e.u-tokyo.ac.jp address.
We also recommend to select "Always reply from default address".
