Listed below are your FFA Officers of '25-'26.
Their most important job? Making sure the chapter keeps running and the people in it are succeeding. Reach out to them with questions, concerns, or just to chat. They're here for you!
President
Howdy y'all! My name is Piper Faglie, I am currently a senior, and this will be my third year in FFA.
So far I have shown market broilers and ag mechanics, along with competing in the Ag sales CDE, and the Ag Skills and Creed Speaking LDEs.
I'm proud to serve y'all as the president of this chapter, and I can't wait to show everyone that FFA has a place for you no matter what. Let's make this the best year yet!
Vice President
Hey y´all, my name is Kaylin Wehring, I'm a current junior, and proudly serving as y'all's vice president.
I joined FFA my freshman year with a love for animals, but there really is so much more to it. Since my freshman year, I have raised broiler chickens and been on the horse judging team. I've also done senior creed speaking and the greenhand quiz, which has given me more confidence with public speaking.
I love putting myself out there and getting more people involved because I truly believe that FFA has something for everyone, from baking to welding, or bugs to public speaking. I'm very excited for what this year has to bring, and I hope to see everyone at the monthly meetings!
Secretary
Hello! My name is Madison Sweeney and I'm your '25-'26 Secretary.
My senior year will be my third in FFA and I've been involved in ag mech, vet science, and entomology.
This year, I'm excited to be interning at a vet office and helping lead our chapter. I'd also like to branch out to do more public speaking based events.
A bit of advice: don't be afraid to ask questions! I joined in my sophomore year and the best resource was the other members of our chapter. Feel free to come find me to chat about bugs, animals, questions about FFA, or anything else. I'm excited to get to know all of y'all and help you succeed in FFA. 🪲
Treasurer
Hey there my name is Cooper Middleton! This is my fourth year in FFA, and my third year as an officer. This year I will be your Treasurer. As well, I'll be a senior this year.
I currently have shown: Market Swine, Market Rabbits, Breeding Rabbits, Specialty Animals (Bees), and Home Economics. I also previously won the State Champion in Specialty Animal Production Proficiency. I have competed in Senior Chapter Conducting, Senior Agriculture Quiz, Poultry Evaluations, and Agriculture Sales.
I can't wait to see and meet everyone this year!
(Go Pokes!)
Reporter
Hey y'all! I am so excited to be serving as your Reporter for the 25'-26' school year!
Over the past 2 years, I have competed in Radio Broadcasting, Ag Skills, and Horse Judging.
My favorite thing about FFA is that there is something for everyone! My advice to a new FFA member is to get involved in as many competitions as you can. This will not only make you grow as a person, but you will also meet new people who have similar interests to you.
I cannot wait to have a great year!
Sentinel
Hello! My name is Hallie Barnard and I'm a senior at Guyer.
This is my fourth year in FFA and my third year as a Guyer FFA officer. Previously I served as Chaplain, and President. This year I'm the Sentinel and I'm so excited to serve y'all!
I've been on the entomology team for 3 years and my last 2 years our team has gone to state. I'm also passionate about public speaking, I've competed in junior and senior creed speaking. I've also done 3 years of home economics, 2 years ago my homemade apple butter went to auction at our county sale.
FFA has become such an integral part of my life and I'm so ready for what this year will become, the sky's the limit!
Parliamentarian
Howdy! My name is Cali Burke and I'm currently a junior. This is my 3rd year in FFA and I will be serving as your parliamentarian for the 2025-2026 school year.
I have participated in LDE's such as radio broadcasting, as well as my favorite time of the year, CDE's.
When I tell you that I love horse judging, I'm not lying, my heart and soul goes into it. I have gone through multiple ag classes including principles of ag, livestock production, floral design, small animal management and equine science.
My advice for you would be to talk to everyone, the connections you will make through FFA will surprise you.
Historian
Hello, I am Cooper Schmidt, and am a Denton Guyer FFA officer serving as the historian.
This will be my third year in FFA and I joined because I wanted to work with animals, and did so with the three pigs I've raised.
While competing in the DCLA, I haven't won much and failed a lot, so I would tell incoming first year members my favorite quote:
¨We all fail. We all make mistakes. It's what makes us human.¨ (Master Chief, Halo).
My favorite thing about FFA would be the animals and the community.
Chaplin
Hello! My name is Lucy McKinley and I am currently a Senior here at Guyer.
This is my fourth year in FFA and I have participated in several different LDE's, CDE's, and SAE's such as exhibitory poultry, Floriculture, and Senior quiz!
FFA has given me so many opportunities and has helped me learn responsibility and leadership skills.
My advice to you is to put yourself out there and make connections.
Advisor
Howdy folks! This will be my 1st year teaching in the classroom, but not my first year in education. I'm so grateful for the opportunity to be an Agriculture Science Teacher at Guyer High School! I've been welcomed with open arms and can't wait to meet all of our FFA members! This year, I will be teaching Agricultural Mechanics, Agricultural Structures, Project Based Research, Intro to Welding, and Floral Design. I'm looking forward to a fantastic year!
