DHS Required Steps for Enrollment
Steps 1-3 = ACCEPTANCE into UNT : Fall/Spring Deadline: April 28
Step 4 = actually REGISTERING for the UNT courses
Step 1: Apply - New to UNT DC students

Do not use school email address to create account
Do not forget to pay the $75 Application Fee online

Step 2: Enrollment Form - New and Returning UNT DC students each semester
Return your DC Enrollment Approval Form to klangat@dentonisd.org or drop off in counseling suite
Please make sure to put UNT course number
Enrollment Form will be returned to student to UPLOAD in their MyUNT Portal.
Step 3: Transcripts/Eligibility
Official DHS Transcripts will be sent by DHS DC Coordinator to UNT that will include your qualifying GPA and test scores when a student submits Step 2.
Depending on students STAAR, PSAT, SAT or ACT depends if the student needs TSIA2 Testing. Please see DC Eligibility Requirements
If the student does not meet eligibility through a TSIA2 waiver they can still do DC by taking the TSIA2 Test. Please visit TSIA2 section for assistance in where students can take the TSIA2 test.

My University is requesting my DC transcripts before HS graduation?
Request an official transcript from UNT to be sent to your University or College
You will have to complete this every time you attend a new University or College.
If you end up attending UNT, you don't have to complete this.
