Grading

LOCATION & GENERAL INFORMATION

• All schools participating in an event are expected to have a representative present to help grade and proctor. 

• Testing materials and keys may NOT be taken from the testing or grading area except by the Contest Manager(s) to go to grading and then to tab.

• Grading locations are available on the map.

• We will provide clean sets of tests after the window closes via email.

• Graded tests will be placed in school bags in the tab room once awards have been announced.

• Awards will be placed in school bags if not picked up at award ceremonies.

• Schools may arrange to have materials shipped home, at their expense.

VERIFICATION & RESULTS

• Verification will be approximately 15 minutes after grading is completed in each event at the location of the grading. 

• Testing materials and keys may NOT be taken from the verification area except by the Contest Manager(s) to go to tab.

• Schools who do not attend verification at their designated time slot will forfeit the right to contest results.
