What is all-state?
The Texas Music Educators Association hosts the annual All-State Choir audition process. Students in grades 9-12 compete against singers from across the state on their respective voice part for a spot in either the Texas All-State Mixed Choir, Texas All-State Treble Choir, or the Texas All-State Tenor-Bass Choir. The audition process begins in September with a series of four auditions, the final audition occurring the second Saturday in January.

Treble Region Audition: October 19th, Flower Mound HS
Tenor/Bass Region Audition: October 20th, Lewisville HS
Pre-Area Boot Camp: November 7th, Braswell HS
Region 2 Clinic and Concert: November 9th, Ryan HS
Pre-Area Auditions: November 17th, Hebron HS
Area Auditions: January 9th, JJ Pearce HS
TMEA Convention: February 10th - 13th, San Antonio
