Algebra I

COURSE OVERVIEW

2019 - 2020 School Year


Algebra I is a year long course where students will meet challenging course standards through varied learning experiences designed to develop their computational skills and conceptual understanding of mathematics. Students will also acquire skills in problem solving, mathematical reasoning, and mathematical communication.

Google Classroom:

To access the Classroom, you will need to go to the Google Classroom site and then log-in with your district Google account.

Reminder: Students need to used their "@g.dentonisd.org" username.

IXL Math:

To access IXL, please use the following link to the IXL Denton ISD login page. To login the username and password are both your student ID number. If you are not able to work on any of the assignments, add an extra 1 to the end of your username when you login. There are many different options for homework and extra practice under the learning tab.

    • 1-2 Folders
    • Pack of notebook paper & graph paper
    • Pencils with erasers
    • Pack of AAA batteries
    • Composition book (preferably graph)
    • Pencil sharpener
