Sectional Schedule 

Policies and Expectations

• Morning Sectionals begin at 7:30 AM and conclude at 8:10AM

• After-School Sectionals begin at 3:55 PM and conclude at 4:35 PM

• Sectional attendance and punctuality are part of your grade and Dallas Trip.

Attendance will be taken at all sectionals. Sectional tests and assignments will be given.

Students who are involved in morning athletic practices will be released in time to get to their section rehearsal.

Conflicts need to be cleared with a director before the conflicts occur. Double-booking and poor planning are not considered a conflict. Students are expected to communicate with all directors, sponsors, and coaches as to insure they are at the appropriate place and activity and fulfill their obligation to all clubs.

Students needing to attend tutoring are kindly asked to plan ahead and attend tutorials on a day in which they do not have their sectional. If this cannot be avoided, please let a director know of the impending conflict ahead of time, preferably 24 hours in advance. Excusing students to attend tutorials will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
