Critical Friends Groups

Each mentor will work with a group of three Fellows to form a Mentor Group. Two Mentor Groups (the rows across) will pair up to create a Critical Friends Group to provide more socialization, cross-pollination of ideas, and a variety of feedback. This certainly does not preclude you from working with others outside your group, but it does provide you with a 'home group' to interact with more deeply.
