Revising and Evaluating Your Strategic Plan

During our January meeting, you participated in a Strategic Plan Workshop and received feedback from your peers. We also reviewed the big ideas from The Game and asked you to consider how these big ideas might influence your strategic plan.

Your task now is twofold:

1. Make revisions to your strategic plan. Head to our folder to find your plan and revise it with your colleagues' feedback in mind. 

2. Work on the evaluation portions of your strategic plan. To do this, please take a look at this slide show for instructions.
