CSIOP (Clemson Society for Industrial-Organizational Psychology) and HFES (Human Factors and Ergonomics Society) have partnered together to create a mentorship program for undergraduates at Clemson University majoring in psychology or related fields. Our goal is to foster positive relationships between graduate student mentors and undergraduate mentees. Undergraduate students may benefit from this program in a variety of ways including understanding the graduate school application process, preparing graduate school applications, choosing career paths in psychology, industrial-engineering, or related fields, and learning about how to get involved in major-related organizations and activities.
