REQUIREMENTS
Need funding for camp? You must put together 1 trivia table!
8-person tables at $25 per person, attendees must be 21+ years old
Invite: family, friends, neighbors, peers, parent's friends, parent's coworkers, etc.

Send the provided invitation or post the poster (both provided below) on social media to get people interested in your table!

Pre-pay for tables opens on March 20th at the New Squad Meeting
NOT PUTTING A TABLE TOGETHER MEANS THE CHEERLEADER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF CAMP!
Camp attendance is REQUIRED for this program!
Don't need funding for camp? You still need to contribute to Trivia Night!

Tables will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.
If your table signs up after the cut-off, we can't count the table toward your funding.

Tables are not assigned a spot until they've paid for the table in full!
Each person is $25 and each table is 8 people total.
Attendees must be 21+ years old
We request that one person at the table or the cheerleader collect the money and send it in as a lump sum.
Pre-pay ends when we've reached 34 tables OR on April 28th. (Whichever happens first)
Walk-ins are NOT reserved tables and there is no guarantee that there will be a table open. If we have space, we will get you situated.

Confirmation emails will be sent out once Rhonda Demarest has received the payment! It will include the table number!
SQUAD LEVEL CHALLENGE: Have your table members bring a favorite item of theirs! It can be anything that is their favorite! A game, a brand, a self-care item, a candy, a drink, a candle, etc.
We are asking that each member of the table bring something they really love to donate. We will be collecting the items per the squad the person is there to represent. These items will be placed into baskets (Varsity, JV, & Freshman) and raffled off as door prizes!

DONATIONS: the more items donated, the more opportunities we have to fundraise!
Ask friends, family, neighbors, businesses, restaurants, events, etc. for donations!
We need donations for our raffle & silent auction items!
Please check with our master copy of the places contacted before contacting them! (linked below!)
If you receive a donation from a business/corporation, we need to be informed ASAP!
In fact, it's best to check with our list of confirmed donations before asking for donations to ensure we aren't asking the same places multiple times.
If they contain allergens, there needs to be a warning on the package! Pre-packaged items come labeled.

Buy $1 tickets or a $30 arm length of tickets for a chance to split the pot!

We will have a 2nd fundraiser for those who want to support you, but may not be able to attend the trivia night. You can share the link below with friends, family, and on social media. They will pick the amount they would like to donate and add a message.
Before sharing, add yourself as a team member and that will give the option for supporters to donate directly to you for some friendly competition! I will have a flyer for you to send out soon as well.
This is an independent fundraiser. It is separate from Trivia Night and is not organized by the coaches. It is all up to the cheerleader to share!
