Need funding for camp? You must put together 1 trivia table!

• 8-person tables at $25 per person, attendees must be 21+ years old

• Invite: family, friends, neighbors, peers, parent's friends, parent's coworkers, etc.

• Send the provided invitation or post the poster (both provided below) on social media to get people interested in your table!

• If you are struggling with putting a table together, contact Coach Demarest or the organizer (rhonda.demarest@gmail.com)

• Pre-pay for tables opens on March 20th at the New Squad Meeting

NOT PUTTING A TABLE TOGETHER MEANS THE CHEERLEADER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ENTIRE COST OF CAMP!

Camp attendance is REQUIRED for this program!

• Tables will be assigned on a first-come-first-serve basis.

  • If your table signs up after the cut-off, we can't count the table toward your funding.

  • Tables must pre-pay to reserve their spot!

• Tables are not assigned a spot until they've paid for the table in full!

• Each person is $25 and each table is 8 people total. 

  • Attendees must be 21+ years old

  • We request that one person at the table or the cheerleader collect the money and send it in as a lump sum.

• Pre-pay ends when we've reached 34 tables OR on April 28th. (Whichever happens first)

• Walk-ins are NOT reserved tables and there is no guarantee that there will be a table open. If we have space, we will get you situated.

• The table will have to send an email to rhonda.demarest@gmail.com with:

  • How many people are in the group? (out of 8)

    • Attendees must be 21+ years old!!!!

  • What is the team's name?

    • It can be anything, do something fun!

      • Ideas: you can match it to your theme or make it about the cheerleader!

  • What is the table's theme?

    • You could make it easier on the table and come up with a theme for them... Here are some ideas!

      • It can be anything, the organizer has ideas if you need help!

  • Which cheerleader is this table for?

    • GET YOUR CREDIT!

  • What is your preferred method of payment?

    • Venmo - @rhondademarest titled "Cheerleader's Name, Table Name"

    • Cash/Check - made out to Rhonda Demarest, in an envelope labeled with "contact's email, cheerleader's name, and amount of money in the envelope"

      • Coach Rucker at DuBray in Purple Math

Confirmation emails will be sent out once Rhonda Demarest has received the payment! It will include the table number!

SQUAD LEVEL CHALLENGE: Have your table members bring a favorite item of theirs! It can be anything that is their favorite! A game, a brand, a self-care item, a candy, a drink, a candle, etc.

We are asking that each member of the table bring something they really love to donate. We will be collecting the items per the squad the person is there to represent. These items will be placed into baskets (Varsity, JV, & Freshman) and raffled off as door prizes!

TRIVIA TABLES: (34 is the max!)

VOLUNTEERS: to help with the event. We can't run the event without them! Sign-up opens April 22nd

• Volunteers must be 21+ years old

• The sign-up sheet will be first-come, first-serve.

• Anyone available and able to work the event, contact rhonda.demarest@gmail.com to be put on the list!

• Volunteers arrive at 4:30 pm.

DONATIONS: the more items donated, the more opportunities we have to fundraise!

• Ask friends, family, neighbors, businesses, restaurants, events, etc. for donations!

  • We need donations for our raffle & silent auction items!

  • Please check with our master copy of the places contacted before contacting them! (linked below!)

• If you receive a donation from a business/corporation, we need to be informed ASAP!

  • In fact, it's best to check with our list of confirmed donations before asking for donations to ensure we aren't asking the same places multiple times. 

  • If they contain allergens, there needs to be a warning on the package! Pre-packaged items come labeled.

    • Please sign up on the sheet below to make sure we aren't getting too many multiples of items (a few is fine!)

  • 10 rounds with 10 questions each!

  • Fast-paced and fun!

  • A little bit of everything!

• Tables are highly encouraged to theme their table! HERE IS A LIST OF 100 IDEAS

  • Pick a theme and go ALL OUT!

  • BEST theme wins a prize!

  • Decorate the table

  • Decorate the chairs

  • Dress on-theme

  • Bring themed snacks/food

    • We have suggestions if needed.

    • You can always pick the theme for your table to make it easier for them!

    • No glitter and no open flames

• Bring your own food or snacks.

  • There will be drink options at the venue bar.

  • OPEN alcohol--not purchased from the venue--is NOT allowed on the premises but can be brought for a raffle/silent auction item.

• Games: Heads or Tails & Rock, Paper, Scissors for $1 each

  • The winner gets a prize!

• 50/50 with TWO rounds! 

  • Buy $1 tickets or a $30 arm length of tickets for a chance to split the pot!

  • Don't miss out on the lump of cash!

• Raffle: buy a ticket for $2 and enter for a chance to win a raffle item

  • There will be many fun items!

• Silent auction: more expensive items will be auctioned off with starting bids!

• Mulligans: 10 for $20! 

  • These are used as a "free space" on your answer sheet 

  • Only 1 can be used per round

• Cheer merchandise will be available for purchase!

We will have a 2nd fundraiser for those who want to support you, but may not be able to attend the trivia night. You can share the link below with friends, family, and on social media. They will pick the amount they would like to donate and add a message. 

Before sharing, add yourself as a team member and that will give the option for supporters to donate directly to you for some friendly competition! I will have a flyer for you to send out soon as well. 

This is an independent fundraiser. It is separate from Trivia Night and is not organized by the coaches. It is all up to the cheerleader to share!

This fundraiser will end on April 30th.
