Futuraskolan International Bergtorp
Our football program offers weekly, 60-minute training sessions for each year group, emphasizing individual skill development. With a coach-to-player ratio of 1:15, we provide personalized attention to each athlete. Players are encouraged to actively participate in session planning, collaborating with their club coaches as needed.
Our program culminates in multiple tournaments, allowing students to compete against top-level opposition.
Training venues include the Super Soccer Center Enebyberg (winter) and Viggbydalen/Hägernäs IP.
To join our sport program, you must currently be involved in a club that offers the same sport. This program is specifically for athletes with prior experience. Only 'Idrott & Hälsa' is open to all students who enjoy sports.

Ida Hedstad
Ida is a licenced chiropractor specialising in biomechanics and sports injuries, she is a licenced personal trainer, she has played football at the elite level for over 20 years, finishing her playing career with IK Frej where she now coaches. She brings with her a team of diverse coaches with different backgrounds within football. Together with Ida we designed an individualized program for our school.

Yesterday at the Distriktsmästerskap 25-26 football tournament our girls absolutely shined!
Our junior girls team are now officially the best in Stockholm!
Our senior girls team fought hard and secured second place in Stockholm!
The boys teams brought great energy, had tons of fun on this beautiful day, and gave it their all on the pitch. Even without a trophy, we’re proud of every single one of them!
A huge thank you to the 76 different school teams that made this such a well-organized and unforgettable tournament.

SENSATIONAL EFFORTS at Swedish Masters 25-26!
WHAT A DAY for our football girls in the first round of the Swedish Masters! 🔥 We started with a dominant performance against Deltaskolan, showing incredible teamwork and winning every duel! 💪
Our second match against the super-strong Aspudden was a fierce battle! We scored early and fought hard, but unfortunately, we won't be proceeding to the next round this year.
But that doesn't matter! We are SO INCREDIBLY PROUD of every single player! You gave it your all and are already looking forward to fighting back even stronger next year! 🎉
