Futuraskolan International Bergtorp
Our Basketball program offers weekly, 60-minute training sessions for each year group, emphasizing individual skill development. With a coach-to-player ratio of 1:15, we provide personalized attention to each athlete. Players are encouraged to actively participate in session planning, collaborating with their club coaches as needed.
Our program culminates in multiple tournaments, allowing students to compete against top-level opposition.

To join our sport program, you must currently be involved in a club that offers the same sport. This program is specifically for athletes with prior experience. Only 'Idrott & Hälsa' is open to all students who enjoy sports.

Angelica Gabrielsson - Sportchef Täby Basket
Angelica Gabrielsson is a respected leader and expert in basketball development, with an impressive track record. Her two Basketligan Dam titles and 40 caps for the Swedish National Team speak to her high level of play and commitment. Angelica's professional experience in Spain and Finland further enhances her understanding of the game. She has a proven ability to nurture talent, evident in her work with national youth teams (U18 & U20), regional teams (U14 & U15), and within Baskettan Dam and Basketligan Dam. Eight years at NIU Tibble Gymnasium solidified Angelica's dedication to player growth. She holds an Elite level coaching degree.

Klubben grundades 1969 och efter att de senaste åren ha vuxit med 20% är vi idag ca 1000 medlemmar.
Vår hemvist är Byängshallen som ligger cirka 400 meter öster om Täby centrum. Här arrangerar vi träningar, Basketkul, Ledarakademin, Friday nights och självklart matcher. Hösten 2021 har vi 28 lag. Dessa lag drivs av närmare 100 ledare och lagföräldrar.
Säsongen 2021 nådde vi vårt mål att nå 1000 medlemmar, som drivs av våra grundläggande värderingar; de fyra K:na, som du kan läsa mer om under Värderingar & Filosofi. Utöver de 3 personer som är anställda på kansliet är samtliga arbetsinsatser ideella.

Another Trophy for Our Senior Basketball Team!
We dominated the Stockholm International League and took home the championship after an incredibly exciting final! A few clutch three-pointers in the last quarter gave us a comfortable lead and sealed the win.
Huge thanks to all the teams and players who competed today—it was an amazing tournament! Now, we’re gearing up for the District Championship on April 24th! See you there!

Our junior girls delivered an unforgettable performance in the Stockholm International League, going undefeated and claiming the championship trophy!
In a thrilling final, they showed heart, skill, and determination, proving why they deserved to be tournament winners. From the first whistle to the last shot, they played like true champions!
