Distance Learning Parental Support

3, 2, 1 It's Team Time! When parents, teachers, and students work together, great learning experiences are inevitable! Thank you in advance for helping your child at home while they tackle distance learning. While there are many things teachers want their students to be doing independently, these are a few things you can do to insure that your child has what it takes to succeed.

Getting Into The Routine

Help your child achieve success by setting up your home environment and routines to make distance learning a part of your daily life. Click the link to learn more.

Dreambox Learning - Math

This online learning program is awesome! It is completely adaptive, so it fits your child's math learning needs like a glove. However, it is very important that your child do this program on their own. Please do not help with solving the problems. This will allow the program to meet their needs even better. Students will be assigned time to work on dreambox daily, but no more than 20 minutes a day please. Our goal is to get through about 5 lessons a week on dreambox. Lastly, please encourage your child to work through the entire lesson they begin, and not jump to a different lesson when it becomes challenging. This too will help the program meet your child's need, and after all, our challenges help us grow!
